Our Portuguese Chilli Stixxx are handmade from locally sourced A grade Beef and spiced with Lil Leigh’s homemade Portuguese chilli spice.
We make our biltong using the finest spices and processors.
Organic home grown chilli, chilli flakes, Cayanne pepper, Peri-Peri, Portugues chilli spice, Pepper, Salt, Coriander, Vinegar ,Worcestershire Sauce, Sugar.
The Rump is trimmed, cut in to strips and pieces, spiced and marinated for up to 48hrs. It is then Placed in an industrial air drying cabinet and dries at approximately 25 degrees celcius until dried to perfection.
Once the biltong has dried to its prefered readiness, it is then taken out the drier and preped for packaging.
The product is then packaged and ready for purchase. And enjoyed as a healthy snack across cape town.
These Stixxx are great for packing in lunch boxes or enjoyed on a family Trip.
