Description
Our Rump Fat bites are cut into smaller bitesize pieces with mostly fat to each bite.
The fatbites are handmade from locally sourced A grade Beef and cut from the Picanha side of the Rump. They are then spiced and marinated for up to 48hrs. It is then layed in an industrial air drying cabinet and dries at approximately 25 degrees celcius until dried to perfection.
